Navid and his team did an excellent job on our backyard patio! Navid is professional yet friendly and pays attention to the customer's ideas and preferences. Many times, he said, "We will be done and gone but you have to like it for a long time, so let's talk about what will make you happy". There were times when he agreed with our suggestions and honestly said that it would improve things. Other times, he gently and politely guided us away from what we were asking for if he really did not think it was a good idea. In short, this was a collaborative project. Not once did I feel like they just wanted to get it done and over with or take their money and leave. We are very satisfied.
