I am rejecting this response because:The business did not do everything that was on the estimate. Business owner can't know this because he never came out to inspect the work that his team did. Perhaps he does not recall the verbal commitment he made when he came out to the house, met with me to go over work to be doneI understand this, he has a lot of clients and spring work. We had this company out to do work in the fall. They did a great job and that is why we had them back. We are not trying to "get something more than agreed on", just want to pay for work actually done.We are happy to pay for the mulch, labor to blow out the leaves from gardens and lay down mulch. Based on what we were charged for fall cleanup which included blowing/raking leaves for the entire yard ($342.40) we can send Outdoor Makeovers $for spring cleanup/mulching of gardens. This far exceeds the quotes we got from other landscapers.
