Hi This is Jason from outdoor masters We did every thing he had ask us to doHis mower set days and the tires did not go downSo we did not do anything to themFor him wonting all his money back I will not refund it be cause I did not charge him for thatWe did a tune upnot a thing moorAll a tune up is oil oil filter air filter spark plugs sharpen the blades and make sure it runs and drivesI don't know what He wantsBut I won't be refunding any money back

He keeps saying that my mower sat there for days and the tire didn't go flatThen why did he suggest that it might have had a slow leakThis guy is dancing around the issueIf this wasn't the case he would have came back out to fixed the problemI told them what I needed done if the tire wasn't an issue why did has they even touch the tiresI ask them when he brought the mower back did he fix everything he looked at the slip and said yesGood business is about customer service and not trying to rip people off by doing a bad or a incomplete workIf he wont refund my money then he should try to fix the issuehe stated he was going to get with his mechanic to see what was done and call me back the next day as of today he still hasn't called me back to explainNo where in his statement does he state he got with his mechanicAlso he stated he doesn't work on equipment he only picks up and order part, she in theory he has no idea what was done to my mowerI still am seeking a refund

Customer was complaining about a tire that never went flat at our shop while it was in our care. Nothing to fix. I refuse to fix a problem that is not a problem. I'm trying to save the customer money. All the other issues with the mower were fixed. The customer was requesting money back on ALL work. I was not refunding money for work that was completed and was fixed. The tire was not fixed because it did not need it and I did NOT charge the customer for that.
