 WE had no problem with the verbal estimate, we had a problem with being told it would be an additional 3 weeks after waiting over three weeks to find nothing done. We were not told that there would be an estimate charge and when we went to check on it nothing had been done. WE should be reimbursed $60 as nothing was done and no estimate charge was discussed or relayed to us.

He was upset and I apologized. It is a long time, that we understand but the customer was informed prior. He called the next day, and was told the parts had come in. We offered to have it worked on and ready first thing Monday morning, I was going to have my techs come in early at my cost to work overtime to get it done.
