Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: What he is saying a lie I have not once been rude to him or his employeesThe day I received the part I contacted him that same night.to let him know it was the wrong oneHe would not answer my calls for over a week after thatplus he went as far to give me a bugs tracking numberI left a message on his voice mail telling him I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.comHe text me a new tracking number that same night Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The only part that is true is that we are not answering his calls he is very rudeWe do communicate via textHe texted me the part number after he received the one he ordered and did not needIt auto fills and guessed the correct part when he went to the websiteWe gave him exactly what he orderedI did some research him and found what he needed and informed him it would be percent restocking fee and then I waived it for him? if he would submit in writing it isn't our fault.?
