We were so lucky to have found Kim from Outdoor Travel Adventures to help us with our honeymoon plans to the Big Island and Maui. Although she had to work with us at a time when we had plenty of items on our plate she was very patient with waiting for our replies and making the changes we requested. However, we didn't realize her value until we arrived on Hawaii and went on the excursions she had booked for us. She sent us on the best tours to truly get a feel for many of the wonderful aspects Hawaii has to offer. Lastly, she REALLY came through when we emailed her from our last destination and wanted to cut our time at the hotel by a day in order to visit friends that were on the island unexpectedly. She was able to get us a FULL refund for the night just 4 days before we checked out. Kim is a true professional at her job! We highly recommend her services and will use her in the future.

My wife and I had been planning a retirement trip to the South Pacific (Tahiti, New Zealand, Australia). Our planning was delayed when my parents had health issues. Once the issues were resolved, we needed to pull the trip together quickly or wait another year. We contacted Outdoor Travel Adventures to help. Our agent, Wendy, was wonderful. We had planned to travel for 2 months.There was a lot to be pulled together, very quickly. (22 flights(with shuttles to and from the airport), 6 car rentals, ferries, tours and 25 different accommodations). Wendy and the team pulled this all together in a matter of weeks. We had very frequent and pleasant communication. Wendy understood what we were looking for and made sure we had it. Wendy also made sure we had our visas and travel insurance taken care of.
The end result was a trip of a lifetime. We had no delayed flights, no lost luggage, no missed airport pickups, wonderful tours and a ton of wonderful pictures and memories. Wendy and Outdoor Travel Adventures made a very complicate itinerary simple by providing us with a comprehensive itinerary and planning out every detail of the trip.
They did an awesome job which resulted in an awesome trip.
