Review: On 5/3/2013 we sent a deposit for $1000 to start a paver patio installation project on 5/22/2013 that was never started. This contractor gave multiple reasons why the project could not be started and agreed to refund depositon 5/29/2013. We discussed this on Wednesday 5/29 when the third projected start date did not produce any work. Contractor stated that he would send deposit out that day(Wednesday 5/29/2013). When I did not receive the deposit on Monday 6/3/2013, I called several times with no answer. I called again from a different number and he answered right away, he was obviously avoiding my call. I asked if he had mailed out the deposit as he stated, and he stated that he had not and would mail it out this week and I would receive it by Friday. Today is 6/6/2013 and as of yet have not received this deposit.Desired Settlement: Request full deposit of $1000.00 as agreed by [redacted] VP of Outdoor Expressions LLC within three businss days.
