Outdoors Unlimited completed the work as written in the contract as describedOutdoors unlimited would be willing at our cost to send the soil out to be tested and provided customer with resultsNot unusual for screened top soil to have seed heads that have not germinatedAll of the customers complaints seem to be unreasonable based on trade standard

According to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint he is
indicating his first request was to remove all vegetation surrounding the
house.Attached is a signed copy by Mr. [redacted] of the
agreement for the work to be done at his home (the above address) No where does
it state anything about removing...

vegetation.The work that was done was according to the
agreement, other than seed in a small area where sod was requested. It was
approved by Mr. [redacted]We verbally advised Mr. [redacted] that this is the start of
our busy season and the work      would be completed within 4-6
weeks weather permitting.His contract was signed 5/1/15. We were on the job
within 6 and 1/2 weeks. It did rain during the contract period which
did not allow us to start earlier.Weeds will grow if the lawn is not maintained. With
new seed, as the grass is growing weeds will occur.No one from Outdoors Unlimited, Inc. stopped at his
house to do ANY spraying of weeds, whoever the neighbor saw, it was not our
company.
