to the way the customers SKU numbers are set up and we have walked them through how to fix this.I did try calling the client but she was on vacationThat was months back and I hadn't heard backI am in the office each week and also our entire team is always available.We never want an unhappy client, so anything I can do, I will do to help resolve this issue!
