Bought a 2009 [redacted] from them and was told at day of delivery that if anything goes wrong they would fix it. Here we are 3 weeks into it and they havent stuck to what they said and we have a[redacted] in our yard we cant ride cause it was tore up when we got it.homeProduct_Or_Service: 2009 [redacted]Desired SettlementWould like it fixed correctly and them do what they said they would doBusiness Response This unit has been fixed and repaired and we went above and beyond to make the customer happy. (Even though the unit was sold as is where is just like all used units are) we still took care of it just like a New one just as we said we would! They live roughly 1.5 hours away one direction, and we went and picked the unit up and gave them a loaner to use while it was being repaired as well as put some better tires on it for them as an added bonus as well and returned the vehicle to them once repaired at NO EXPENSE to the owners. The owners are now happy! Thanks
