[redacted] [redacted] Attached is a copy of the sales order for the work performed This is a know problem (first picture) in the sense that it will break when the unit is abused with too much pressure applied to the tie downs or if the unit was involved in an accident We believe it was the latter due to the fact that we also replaced a jack that was bent (indicates an accident or at the very least some serious trauma) The extent of the work that pertains to his claim is only $and not $ The rest of the work that was completed had to do with general lack of maintenance (besides the jack replacement) and had nothing to do with the broken front end His pictures (also attached; last two) that were recently emailed about the work done show nothing wrong If he believes there is a problem, he would need to address this better in his photos[redacted] attempted to sell the unit while it was on our lot and we in fact showed it several times The point here is that we had several failed attempts to sell the camper to pay his bill (the camper is in horrible shape and turned several people off) and we believe this attempt to collect money from us just to recoup his purchase (he bought this used from someone else) Why else the arbitrary price of $1500?His unit is not covered on any kind of warranty through Outfitter If the unit is separating as he says it is, but not obvious in the pictures, then I would suggest emptying the fresh water tank while leaving the unit up for extended periods or place on the back of your truck where it belongs with a full tank We could help someone else fix the problem if it still persists but would not be interested in having Mr [redacted] back here.-- Brian W [redacted] What [redacted] calls a know problem and what was dropped off to us:Inline image 7The next two are after the unit was fixed and just now emailed to us with the claim of more seperation:Inline image Inline image

You would not be able to leave your house unattended and un-maintained over time and especially over the winter and expect to come back to it without it leaking Same for your camperYou cannot leave the camper outside covered in snow and expect it to not develop a leak or fall apart
You will need to do maintenance You will need to periodically check on it We don't mind helping people, but we do not take to kindly to people who call up and yell over their lack of responsibility No one is saying that we will not help you What we have been trying to convey to you each time is that there are certain areas of a truck camper that require yearly maintenance This is one of those areas We took care of it early on while it was under warranty and the additional time (even though this was a separate issue; just because the original leak was in the front doesn't mean that every time you have some caulking come loose it goes back to the original warranty / issue).Last time you came out, you had taped up the soft wall to stop a leak that was only caused by your lack of maintenance All the unit needed was some caulking (the tape made it worse) But we fixed it and spent hours cleaning up your tape mess and fixing the unit outside the warranty (free)Bob was simply trying to explain the situation to you, that we will still fix it for free and try and take care of it for you But the unit is years old and you might need to do some yearly service.Without seeing the unit we cannot diagnose it and will need to have it back here if you would like us to take care of it You stated we need to either fix it or buy it back I'm offering to fix it here, or we can help you sell it here outright on consignment If maintenance isn't your thing, we would be happy to help you sell it to prevent this becoming a yearly issue

You would not be able to leave your house unattended and un-maintained over time and especially over the winter and expect to come back to it without it leaking.  Same for your camper. You cannot leave the camper outside covered in snow and expect it to not develop a leak or fall apart....

You will need to do maintenance.  You will need to periodically check on it.  We don't mind helping people, but we do not take to kindly to people who call up and yell over their lack of responsibility.  No one is saying that we will not help you.  What we have been trying to convey to you each time is that there are certain areas of a truck camper that require yearly maintenance.  This is one of those areas.  We took care of it early on while it was under warranty and the additional time (even though this was a separate issue; just because the original leak was in the front doesn't mean that every time you have some caulking come loose it goes back to the original warranty / issue).Last time you came out, you had taped up the soft wall to stop a leak that was only caused by your lack of maintenance.  All the unit needed was some caulking (the tape made it worse).  But we fixed it and spent hours cleaning up your tape mess and fixing the unit outside the warranty (free). Bob was simply trying to explain the situation to you, that we will still fix it for free and try and take care of it for you.  But the unit is 3 years old and you might need to do some yearly service.Without seeing the unit we cannot diagnose it and will need to have it back here if you would like us to take care of it.  You stated we need to either fix it or buy it back.  I'm offering to fix it here, or we can help you sell it here outright on consignment.  If maintenance isn't your thing, we would be happy to help you sell it to prevent this becoming a yearly issue.
