Called Southport due to leaking hot water heater. I received a call and a text msg prior to Greg arriving. He took a look at my water heater, wrote out an estimate, which I felt was very reasonable, and then he began to work. He was in and out within 2 1/2 hrs. Cleaned up any mess, removed my old water heater & told me I would have hot water within 30 mins after installation and I did. Great service, reasonable prices.

I am so pleased with Southport! I have found my “go to” company.
Mid October my furnace went out. It was a Saturday and very cold. Andrew came out in a matter of a few hours and later that evening, Alex the sales rep came to write up a purchase for a furnace. While he was measuring my power went out. It was pitch black in the basement. Not only did Alex find his way to the circuit breaker, he stayed with me until help arrived. He could have rescheduled and gone home, but he did not. We closed the deal within a short time after power was restored.
Both young men were polite, professional, very friendly and very well educated in their job.
This morning my water heater went out. Southport to the rescue again! The gentlemen working in the plumbing department were equally qualified. They are such an asset to the S.E. WI area. Keep up the good work.

Thank you to Greg for such a pleasant experience, He performed my annual plumbing maintenance thoroughly, gave me written quotes for a repair that is needed and installed a new faucet. He was very friendly and I asked him a LOT of questions. Even so, he asked me several times along the inspection if I had any more questions. He worked quickly, professionally, and neatly. I want him again when I am ready to replace the rest of my old faucets.

As a Southport Maintenance Agreement (SMA) holder, our call to Southport on a Saturday put us ahead of the line to have our air conditioner serviced. Not only did the SMA put us ahead of the line, the price of the service call was the same on the weekend as it would have been during normal business hours. Our technician, Jackson, phoned us and provided a status of his arrival. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a detailed explanation of what he did to correct the problem. He was extremely courteous and professional. Thanks Jackson and Southport!

I want to give the top rating to the tech that serviced my account today. He was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained all he did and what he found. He answered all my questions and showed me how to clean my filter. Would like him back for future visits.

Jackson serviced our air conditioner yesterday, and once again he did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond what I expected in regards to the service and the explanation of what services he performed. Southport is in good hands with employees the quality of this young man.

Justin and Kyle were great, very professional, they did a very nice clean quick installation. They explained everything very well for me. I'm not big on having contractors in my house but this is the 2nd time Justin and Southport have done work for me and I could not be happier.
