Hello All We had given customer 2 option, With or without customs clearance. Customer requested without clearance , Because they did not want to pay extra money for clearance  in USA at teh time of shipping.With out without customs it was a door to door delivery .Customer is getting upset...

because they have to spend additional money there for clearance , Which is not our fault . We had given them option here.Customer still owes us $151.00 for shipping , They called us up and told us we have to spend this much more, As per maintaining good relationship, We credited $151.00 and told them you can use the amount you owe us.We are not responsible for any customs charges or agent charges in India, If they do their own clearance . Thank You
