The company customer service is the worst I have ever experienced The company refused to acknowledge a problem with the tackle bag I purchasedWhen I went to return it as it did not function correctly, they charged me to ship it back to them ($28) and for them to have shipped it to me ($19) The item originally cost $ Despite the problem with the item, they were rude and even called my home after p.mwhen I initiated a complaint through my credit card companyI will never buy anything from them again

Basically, I do not believe their BS story about selling out of the last one of the item I ordered an hour before I placed my orderThey did not honor their originally listed price and then they wanted to also charge me for shipping even though the item plainly stated free shippingAs of this morning the Mns have the same item listed as in stock on their website but have now increased the price of the item by $which just verifies that they had it in stock all along but refused to sell it at their originally stated priceThere is NO note on their website stating pricing and free shipping is valid while supplies last unless they just added that line of BS tooI have checked the item's price on other (reputable) websites as well as the manufacturer's website and their prices for the same item have not changed or increased in the last weekSo another unsubstantiated and quite frankly stupid comment from these classless MnI was only told they couldn't issue a paypal refund on the same day that I requested it but was given no reason as to why - I had no way of knowing that the staff there were either too inept or untrained or both, to do soThey were the ones who suggested that I dispute the purchase through paypal if I didn't want to wait - so I did. As for my filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, I don't believe it is a waist of anyone's time except maybe theirs as they did state that they didn't care if I did when I threatened to do so, saying that my filing a complaint with the Revdex.com means nothing to themSo maybe now they have changed their mind about that after realizing that bad business practices and acting unprofessionally is probably not good for business especially if the Revdex.com is contacted? I filed this complaint because their company did not honor their advertised price and their challenged staff were unprofessional when trying to resolve my being refundedThey certainly had no problems immediately accepting my paypal payment for the purchaseLegitimate and professionally operated online retailers do not actually accept the paypal payment before the item is ready to be shippedI believe that is also a paypal stipulationThis questionable retailer is either ignorant of this generally accepted practice or too stupid to do it according to the established industry standard - their competitors (who I buy from frequently) do it as I described
They have fully refunded my paypal account so there is no reason to continue with this complaintBut I will not rescind my complaint and request it be posted on your website so that other potential customers will know what kind of service this company provides.
They should accept the fact that this transaction was not handled correctly or professionally by their poorly trained staffI would like to know who wrote their finely crafted response though, the manager who wasn't around to perform the paypal refund or the wise guy staff who responded to my request for an immediate refund by telling me to dispute it through paypal? Had to be one of them since they obviously do not have a customer service representative. Crazy is a pretty strong word to use against a customer - borderline slanderousThere are so many popular fresh and saltwater fishing forums on the internet, my experience with outkast will be posted in all of them.

Seems as if he wants us to repeat ourself There was a note clearly posted stating we had a limited supply left, once out, pricing was going to increase, and shipping would be addedWe got more bags in this Friday and the price was increased just like the site said on 3-3-Customer has apparently went on our site and verified the price increase that we previously told him about
Also already covered, he was told to either dispute the Paypal charge for an immediate refund or we wouldn't be able to refund until the following day Only managers have access to Paypal because with Paypal anyone can sign in and send any dollar amount of money to any Paypal account holder Once sent, the money is gone.our manager was out on an emergency for the day He choose and agreed to wait until the following day for the Paypal refund His email also said he would file a complaint if his refund wasn't processed the following day (3-4-14)The refund was processed as agreed and promised and he still filed a complaint
Not sure how to help him with this one, but nobody has to do anything to "accept" the Paypal payment in order for the funds to transfer Once the buyer authorizes the Paypal payment, the money is automatically sent.
Same thing applies, he has no complaint, we sold out, he didn't want to pay the increased price which was posted on the listing, he choose not to dispute the Paypal charge for an immediate refund, told us he would file a complaint if we didn't refund him on 3-4- He still filed the complaint and was refunded as promised
We will not be responding to any more of his emails or postings on here His lies, ridiculous comments, and make believe opinions are a waste of our and your (Revdex.com) time Please close out this complaint as it has no merit.

back order. Was told the mgr would be in tomorrow to issue a paypal refund. Was also told he could go on paypal at that time and dispute the charge for an instant refund if he wanted it on the 3rd vs the next day 4th. was also told had he paid with a credit card we could have voided it for him, but since he paid with paypal we had to wait until the manager came in - 24 hrs later if he didnt want to dispute it (which would have taken him about 30 seconds to have his money back. he sent a crazy email including he would file the Revdex.com complaint if his refund wasnt processed on 3-4-14.
instead of waiting until the 4th like threatened, he apparently filed the complaint on the 3rd so he can waste more of our time and yours. this guy is owed nothing - his refund was processed as promised.
please close out this Revdex.com complaint as unfounded because that is exactly what it is.

When I went to return it as it did not function correctly, they charged me to ship it back to them ($28) and for them to have shipped it to me ($19) The item originally cost $151. Despite the problem with the item, they were rude and even called my home after 8 p.m. when I initiated a complaint through my credit card company. I will never buy anything from them again.

Review: I placed an order on March 3rd for an item through their website and paid via Paypal/credit card. I was informed shortly afterwards on the 3rd via email that the item was no longer available (they sold the last one an hour before I placed my order) and that the price would increase and they would now charge me shipping when they got more of this item in. I told them via email that it sounded like BS and to cancel the order and refund my paypal account. (A full day later and the website still shows the item as in stock, for the same price and with the advertised free shipping!). They responded back via email that they would refund my paypal account today because no one was around to do it yesterday. I was even told by one of their sales reps via email response to open a case with paypal if I didn't feel like waiting for them to finally getting around to reimbursing me. They still have not done so today as of yet. I requested again via email this morning that they refund my paypal account, no response. I then informed them this afternoon that I would be lodging an internet marketing and retail fraud complaint against them through the Revdex.com, informing my credit card company (a portion of the purchase was on my credit card through paypal) of the transaction and would also be filing a claim with paypal directly as they suggested I do if they did not refund me by the close of business today. No response. Great customer service. I have the emails, the original order received when the order was placed and the email from Paypal stating that they were paid.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for the cancelled order immediately and I want them to have a published negative mark against their business so that other will be warned against doing business with these clowns.Thank You
