February 19, 2017To Whom it May Concern,After being presented with the facts and proper documentation to support them, Ms. [redacted] develops a new, entirely untrue narrative. She claims to attach documentation, which she did not, because it does not exist. In addition Ms. [redacted] has not responded with any proof that would dispute any of the facts we have provided. It is clear from Ms. [redacted]’s response letter that she has many “issues” with most of the sub-contractors as we originally stated. After we pointed out how ridiculous her solution is, she states that she may wish to amend her solution and complaint. Again, up until we received the Revdex.com complaint, we had only complimentary praise for our work from Ms. [redacted]. Outlaw Woodworks LLC. performed everything at or above industry standards. Ms. [redacted] did not sign a contract, pay a deposit, or do anything that would make Outlaw Woodworks LLC. under any obligation to return to Ms. [redacted]’s job. It’s clear that she is not qualified to be a general contractor. Rather than evaluate her own failings, she has created false narratives in order to attempt to damage and harm reputable businesses. Again, we strongly believe the Revdex.com should disregard Ms. [redacted]’s complaints as they are entirely unsubstantiated.Sincerely,[redacted], Managing Member of Outlaw Woodworks LLC.

February 14, 2017To Whom it may concern, This is in response to a Revdex.com complaint from [redacted]. progress. Upon completion of cabinet and counter top installation Ms. [redacted] was extremely happy with our work. At this point Ms. [redacted] approached us about doing additional work for her remodel. Ms. [redacted] was/is acting as her own General Contractor. She had verbally expressed her displeasure with and about subcontractor #4. We explained that we were very busy, however we agreed that we could squeeze her in our schedule for a few days. This was a labor rate only. There was no contractual or verbal agreement for length of time or scope of project that we would provide labor. Our job was to prep the house for the looming deadline of plaster and carpet installation. Outlaw Woodworks LLC. worked very diligently to accomplish this for Ms. [redacted]. We succeeded and all work was performed well within industry standards. Ms. [redacted] again stated that she was extremely pleased with both our quality as well as our pace. Ms. [redacted] asked if we could come back for some additional projects within her remodel. We had a tentative and vague future date of returning possibly in January. Shortly after we finished or work back in October, we were contacted by multiple other subcontractors about Ms. [redacted] not paying them as well as lengthy unsubstantiated complaint letters. Due to this information as well as our business policies, we decided that we were not able to do additional business with Ms. [redacted]. In her last email requesting additional labor (see attached) there was not one complaint about our work. It was not until we were contacted by the Revdex.com that we learned of Ms. [redacted]’s untrue accusations about our work. In her email (see attached) she states in her own words complete contradictions. One example of many in the attached email she states the electrician scratched her counter top. Yet in her complaint letter she falsely states that we scratched the counter top. The only item in Ms. [redacted]’s letter that is not false is that we refused to return to do additional work. Outlaw Woodworks LLC. was not committed or contracted to return to provide additional services for Ms. [redacted]. We have also attached a letter from one of the subcontractors that shows the reality of the situation. Due to time constraints we were unable to get additional letters from her previous contractors, however I’m sure they would mirror the letter we have attached. To be labeled a “lair and a scammer,” by someone who has cheated most of the subcontractors on her project out of thousands of dollars is outrageous! The only thing that is more outlandish than Ms. [redacted]’s false accusations is her desired resolution. It is Outlaw Woodworks LLC. belief that the Revdex.com should not publish Ms. [redacted]’s proven false complaints.[redacted]Managing Member Outlaw Woodworks LLC[redacted]SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com[redacted]
