I am rejecting this response because: My wife and I are well educated professionals, both psychologistsI am a retired Professor of Management with the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management and the Vandy Medical CenterWe have two homes in Florida and live comfortably in retirementI have no history of (1) filing complaints against other business organizations, (2) ever making any effort try to scam anyone or take something that does not belong to me, or (3) making claims or lying to anyone for personal gainThe amount of money involved in my orders is minusculeI filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in an effort to simply get the merchandise I paid for but failed to receiveI would have just let this go except for the fact that it happened not one, not twice, but three timesIf I let it go, I would be reinforcing fraudulent behaviorIf a company can take money from customers for orders they never fill, they will continue doing itMoreover, if it has happened to this old man three times, it must have certainly happened to some other old men or customers without the will or where-with-all to challenge Outlet Bait & Tackle’s fraudulent business practicesThe truth is, I placed three orders with this company, and I have never received anything that I ordered from themThey have not apologizedThey have not offered to re-send the (Insured) merchandise that I orderedThey have not offered to refund my money“Customer Care” is obviously not a part of Outlet Bait & Tackle’s Preferred Business PracticesSincerely, Dr [redacted] ***

Here are all of our records regarding the customer’s activity with us The biggest challenge in this case is the time that elapsed between the order being shipped and the customers contact with us about the orders It has been so long that the USPS no longer has the tracking information on file, because they reuse tracking numbers after a certain number of monthsAs you can see from our history, we are not the kind of company that simply does not ship orders We are confident we shipped these and in one case we do have proof of delivery See all documents attached

***, First, you did not order three times from us, you ordered twiceOrder number *** and order ***We have never said you are trying to scam us or be dishonest with usIf we were a dishonest company we would have bad reviews all over the internetYou will not find one bad review of usThe problem is your communication back to us when you did not receive your ordersYour first email to us was over three months after the first order was scanned delivered by USPSAnd over a month when the second order was scanned delivered by USPSWhen I asked you if you had checked with your local Post Office and your neighbors you did not respond for three more monthsThis is far past the days to file a claim USPS.You can see all dates on my previously submitted documentsThank you Bill
