I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is a complete lie. I have communicated with him many times. In his most recent email he agreed that I had paid and said that he had needed more money for shipping. He had ignored my previous messages asking for the money to be returned and two years later requested more shipping costs.

We last communicated with US 2 years ago, then says he paid US By MO, I searched old files and sent email to his last known address asking for current address and proof of payment, I searched for his name in paypal back 4 years with nothing from him checked blue pay records no card processed from...

him Checked serve records no card processed from him, Once I found an old email from him I found a payment thru paypal 3 25 2015, he lives in Canada he had sent 8.95 shipping which is the inside the USA ship cost Canada runs 23.95 by Priority mail, I found a letter by email the next day from US to him asking that he cALL about the ring, we got back a sarcastic response, saying '' why dont you have the size 11,'' it wasnt the size we needed , what held his Hitler Youth leaders ring up was he never did pay the cost to ship a ring into Canada, we made the ring and have it sitting here waiting for him to respond or pay the shipping, instead he makes attack pages at google blog spot by stealing our copyright protected images using my name and of course no contact information from himself removing the links to report attack pages, so we get trashed, when he got cocky with the response instead of calling.its my fault for not refunding him and blocking him. its interesting that the staff at google didnt respond with his name at any point and allowed him (and continues to allow him) to attack our site at will using their blogger and search engine in tandem.As well as a third form of attack in the reviews on our storefront,  when he continued violating our copy right we asked them to stop him as it was a violation of their much vaunted dmca rules we asked that, then even here they allowed him to trash us instead of telling him to stop and to  contact US, it costs 15.00 more than he sent to ship that ring there, I didnt set the rate the US POst Office did, I would like to refund him immediatly but I dont see any indication from him tht he will stop using my images, my name and my doman name as well as my storefront name, on pages he wont put his own name on, I want him to quit stalking me.

Ask us about adding stones to this ring at an additional fee. $88.00+ $8.95 shipping for a total of $96.95 Transaction Type: SALE Status: Approved Amount: 96.95 Account Holder: Maria Lawson Billing Address: [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Email: [redacted] Account: xxxxxxxxxxxx[redacted] Account Type: VISA Transaction ID: [redacted] On the business' web site it states that the ring is SILVER, when I received the ring on July 9, 2014 the ring was made of either copper or brass and coated with STERLING SILVER so I felt mislead and wasn't happy so I returned the ring for a refund on July 11,2014 ( USPS Tracking Number: [redacted] )and it was delivered so I know that he received the ring. I have yet to get the refund and have sent several e-mails to [redacted] Prohaska which at first he replied and then he stopped replying. If you need copies of the e-mails I have them all. He offered to replace the ring with something else but I do not want SOMETHING ELSE and why would I want another ring that he claims is silver and it isn't ? So like I stated I asked for a refund and he gave me a run around and then stopped replying.Desired Settlement: All I want is for the $96.95 to be refunded to my girlfriends credit card which I think is more then fair !

Review: Ordered online with Outpost Flags and waited patiently for nearly a month and no delivery. I tried contacting them and all emails were ignored and finally in desperation, I tried phoning them. The call went directly to an answering service that went to a voice mail and never to a live person, not too mention that the message was slightly offensive and creepy ([redacted]). The seller has yet to respond and I have now escalated my [redacted] sale to a claim.

I could never recommend anyone buying from these people as they have a track record of taking your money and not delivering.Desired Settlement: I paid enough shipping to have a tracking number - do you need to make a profit on shipping as well?

Review: on march 31 2013 I placed an order with [redacted] for a SA Generals Kepi jyjm39a for the total price of $174.95 plus shipping that brought total to $186.90 he tells me he has it in stock no problems on april 8th I contacted him about shipping dateand on april 12th he replied we are working on it we will let you know when it ships, On april 30th emailed him and ask how things were coming and his reply was we will ship it when it is done , emailed him back and thanked him and told him sorry for the inconvenience , May 27th again checked on progress w/ no reply, June 19th again checked on progress w/ no reply, finally I got tired of waiting and wrote him and told him we need to get this resolved so I told him I either wanted what I paid for or I wanted my money refunded in full I got no response so I emailed him again and told him that I was fileing a complaint through paypal well that got a response he told me that he was having problems with spam and because of this his emails were slow then I get an email from paypal saying there is nothing they can do because they have a 45 day window in wich to file a claim I then email [redacted] and ask him to please check his emails and he emails back and tells me he has been getting all of my emails so I write him back and tell him that I did some checking and and found out that his business was less than reputable any way I have had enough of this so called business man he said he would mail my order to me and he has not and I don't believe he has any intention of mailing it either all I want is my money back or my order wich was ajyjm39a SA Generals visor cap he has had plenty of time toget it made and shipped to meDesired Settlement: I realy just want what I paid for or my #186.90 back and he will never hear from me again its to bad to because 1 bad apple makes the whole barrel look bad

This company is a scam and just want to take your money. The money has already came out of my account and I have yet to receive my product. I tried to contact the company by email and says that the email isnt real and the phone number gets no response or call back after leaving voicemail. I just want my money back or my product this is ridiculous.
