Internally, we have taken action in regard to the communication process among our store staff that resulted in Mr*** unsatisfactory experienceOur assistant store manager has contacted him to apologize for this experience and to let him know what we are doing to get a definitive answer to his

I did receive a message the company is looking into the situation, but I feel the complaint should stay open until they contact me with the answerFor example, simply contacting me is a positive step forward, but does nothing to answer the questionIn the response, they stated it may take 2-days to find an answerTherefore, this complaint should stay open until Thursday, April 20th at which time we'll know if the company contacted me with the requested information as promised
