All the juices in the store are cold pressedWe do not need to order any – they are on the shelvesThey say “fresh pressed” instead of “cold pressed.” Only the labeling has changedThe product has not changedPlease bring to the attention of the customer this point made below by Lakewood in their response, which we previously provided to MrVogt: To avoid confusion, our marketing department has chosen to feature “Fresh Pressed” on our labels, as it best focuses on the fact that our juices are Not from Concentrate We also made the change to avoid thewidespread consumer confusion surrounding the term "Cold Pressed," which many people conflate with HPP (high pressure pasteurization) Again, please be assuredthat none of our pressing and bottlingprocesses have changed in any way; it's simply a cosmetic label changePerhaps you can explain this to the customerIf we can help emphasize this fact or if further explanation is needed, I am happy to have our director of purchasing, who wrote the questions to Lakewood, speak to himOr, if he prefers not to speak her, he could email any questions he might still haveFeel free to pass along my email addressThank you for facilitating this communication***

Revdex.com:
I did receive a message the company is looking into the situation, but I feel the complaint should stay open until they contact me with the answerFor example, simply contacting me is a positive step forward, but does nothing to answer the questionIn the response, they stated it may take 2-days to find an answerTherefore, this complaint should stay open until Thursday, April 20th at which time we'll know if the company contacted me with the requested information as promised

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Instead of providing information you are merely repeating from a previous email, perhaps you should re-read my name as well as how you addressed me in your responseAdditionally, it might be helpful for you to read the rejection as I never stated you misspelled my nameIn fact, you used the wrong name entirely
