Output Club

Review: Output Club has charged my debit card twice for the one item I bought at their bar on July [redacted], 2013. I have gone to the establishment with my monthly statement to resolve the matter and be issued a refund for the fraudulent charge, but Output has remained uncooperative. Although no service was rendered for the second charge on my card, they refuse to refund the money. On my visit, I was not able to talk to a manager because he was apparently occupied with other matters. I was told that the manager would call me once he was free, but I never received a call. I have also emailed the establishment to complain about the fraudulent charge on my debit card, but I have yet to receive a reply.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the fraudulent charge made on my debit card by Output Club on July [redacted], 2013.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Output Club regarding complaint ID [redacted] and my complaint is in the process of being resolved. I am currently waiting for a full refund from the business, as promised. I will notify the Revdex.com electronically once I have been refunded and thus my complaint completely resolved.

Review: I paid for two tickets to see a group called SBTRKT perform as advertised. But it was actually only one member who allegedly DJ'd the venue. That wasn't advertised. If that was the case I wouldn't have traveled all the way from new jersey for that.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded to me for false advertising.

They will not refund my money. Also I am not the first person they have misguided with false advertisements.
