I attached a screen shot from our shopping cart,Authorize.net. As you can see the last 3 transactions showrefund on January 20 and 21. There were no additional charges. As I mentioned earlier, customer filed a chargebackand as a result our account was immediately debited – amount: $53.22.Customer also asked for refund through Revdex.com and she wasgiven the refund as well – as customer also admitted .We responded to the chargeback sayingthat the refund was given to customer and our response was accepted – and as a result our accounthas been credited. However, you no sooner closed the file and they took off more money. Outrageous mastery took 2 more payments off my credit, January 30, 2014, $20.49 and January 31, 2014, $20.92. I called the number they provided on this complaint site (###-###-####) yesterday and left a voicemail informing them to stop billing my credit card and remove me from all further listings. .
