We tried many times to contact the person named in the complaint and each time was directed to someone else.  Advised that person that they may need to look into their router (Outreach is not responsible for the consumers router).  Offered some steps to troubleshoot and have not heard back...

Unfortunately due to the remote location we are not able to adequately serve [redacted] with a satisfactory connection that meets her needs.  Outreach will happily offer to refund the installation of the service and offer a full refund of installation fee’s and first months service. ...

Outreach cannot offer to compensate [redacted] for anything other than the costs of the installation and the first months service.
 
If the customer chooses the above option, please have the account holder contact us at (541) 471-0142 to arrange the above mentioned refund option.  [redacted] is not the actual account holder, only a contact on the account. We will issue the refund in full to the account holder when a time is arranged to collect the equipment that was installed.
 
Outreach regrets that we cannot satisfy this customer with great internet service, but unfortunately the location is to remote with too many obstructions to obtain a line of sight connection to our tower for a stable connection.
