We received an order online in July that was an auto renewal order In May we sent a postcard to the subscriber informing them they would be renewed and their card charged and if it was declined they would receive an invoice We requested that he let us know if he did not want that to happen Since we did not hear back from him, when the card was declined we sent four invoices In December the order was canceled by the subscriber but by that time it had been sent to collection I have notified the collection agency to cease sending invoices and to inform the subscriber that we do not report to a credit reporting agency He might receive one more collection notice but that should stop He is not due a refund since the renewal had not been paid Our apologies for any concerns that this might have caused Karen K***Subscription Operations Director
