I am dissatisfied due to the fact I was told I had to pay $150.00 In the office there is a sign that states $25.00 minimum charge State law requires that any charge Over $50 must be approved by the owner Of the vehicle  I signed the paper that was presented in order to get my vehicle looked at I NEVER AGREED TO A $50 charge  Also they did not put the vehicle back together properly And the vehicle is making noises that it didn't make before taking it to  These people  You are instructed when you hand the keys over to sign this piece of paper  Just for them to look at your vehicle  The only sign that is up in the check-in area is the one I previously mentioned that it would be a $25 minimum charge never would I have ever dreamt it would be $150  As a former service tech by no means would I or any  reputable company charge anything over $50 without first getting it approved by the customer

It is our policy here at Outsiders to do the best job possible for all of our customers.    The job we did for Mr. [redacted] was a multifaceted job and required several different crews to go to that job.   Each of our crews got there as quickly as our schedule allowed. ...

The rain gutter portion of the job was, as it always is, the last portion of the job to be completed.   Unfortunately our rain gutter crew was on a job that was taking longer than we expected so we weren’t there as quickly as we would have liked.   Mr. [redacted] called our sales person and told him that his basement was 2/3 full of water because of rain water in his window well.  This of course is an extreme amount of water and our salesman was extremely concerned that there might be other problems or issues that Mr. [redacted] might be having.   There hadn’t been any rainstorms or flooding in the area with that much water.  He asked to come over and see the problem so we could take care of it immediately and remediate any damage that might have been caused by us.  Mr. [redacted] told our sales person  that he didn’t have to do that, that there wasn’t any damage since the basement was unfinished and there wasn’t anything down there.   At this time, Mr. [redacted] expressed that he would like his rain gutter done as quickly as possible.  We assumed that all was well, but sent our rain gutter crew over there as soon as possible to make sure the gutter didn’t drain into the window well and cause any further problems.  They weren’t really prepared to finish the job at that time because they just left their current job to do the emergency fix.    As soon as their job was complete they went immediately back to Mr. [redacted]’s home to finish the rain gutters and put the downspout on.   We weren’t ever aware that Mr. [redacted] felt that damage had been done to any of his property.
