[redacted] has been a client of Outsource Locally for several years.On 2017-07-08 I wrote to [redacted] to inform them that their VPN (virtual private network) license was set to expire (see attached 2017-07-08). I wrote again on 2017-07-17.They responded and approved a 3...

year license (see 2017-07-17-4).We went ahead and ordered and installed the license. I sent an invoice, and never received payment. On 2017-08-18 I was told that a check would be prepared.On 2017-08-28 I wrote to them letting them know that I had not received payment. It was then that they said they wanted to return the license (way past any return time frame).I submitted to the [redacted] yesterday a small claims dispute, and plan to demonstrate to the court that I received authorization for this purchase and should be made whole by them paying the invoice.
