I am rejecting this response because: I am not the party who did the supposed responseWhat I was informed was that the service manager pretty much said there's nothing we can do for you to my spouse and he subsequently was told to get out of the car Spending that much on a car that has imperfections and a weird issue with the transmission is not the kind of response any customer expectsMy spouse has no desire to work with the staffHe expected to be respected and heard, not to be ignoredI have NEVER had a conflict with the staff but I certainly felt that they do not have any interest in providing good customer serviceWhen I observed my spouses interaction with the staff it was not aggressive at allHe just talks loud in generalI have always been respectful and I deserve respectCustomer service in responding to poor 3rd party is all I ask.

Dear [redacted],As discussed on the phone on Monday June 16, 2014 at 1120 am, [redacted] did not purchase the 2011 [redacted] from Outten Chrysler, and therefore we cannot cancel her GAP claim. She must go back to the originating dealer that she purchased the vehicle...
at.Respectfully,
Dear Revdex.com [redacted]:
In reference to ID [redacted]. The leather seats were an added option installed by a 3rd party vendor per the customer request. After delivery, the customer wanted a section repaired, we had the vendor pick up and repair the section as requested...
by the customer. The vehicle was inspected at the time by the manager on duty and the vendor. At that time all concerns by the customer were addressed. The customer also complained about the transmission shifting with the car. The service manager went for a ride with the customer and informed him the transmission was shifting normal. At this point, the customer became verbally abusive, threating to “[redacted] punch you in the face' numerous times at my service manager. My manager is a not a large person. He is approx. 5'6' and 135 pounds. When the service manager was exiting the vehicle, the customer sped away with the door open and the service manager still attempting to exit. My manager did feel like he was going to be assaulted. I did inform the customer we would not able to assist anyone who is physically threating one of my employees. I am not going to put my employees is a position where they can be physically assaulted. It was also recommended to them to visit the Chrysler dealership near their house for a second opinion. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at ###-###-####.Robert FGeneral Manager
Review: Will not start gap coverage claim. I went to office and made numerous phone calls. I was told it would be 7-10 days for payoff. I cannot purchase another vehicle without this coverage, no claim has been started. Please I need help. They are doing nothing but holding me off cause I'm trying to buy from a different company. They have also made attempts to have this issue resolved. And nothingDesired Settlement: Claim coverage paid and email of proof of payoff for dealership.
