I bought my washer and dryer through ***. The installers wore wet shoes in the house, they damaged the wall entering the home ( I said nothing at the time as accidents happen). They said they couldn't install the steam kit so I said ok I can go get longer hoses. They then said it is no problem they borrowed a hose from somewhere else and made it work. They came upstairs and said they need to leave and were already packing up the truck. They were in a rush and asked for my signature. I just moved in and was working on something else. I went back down later and found water all over my laundry room and furnace room. The plastic pex piping was damaged while the dryer was forced back to be flush on the wall. I called the number and only could get through to sales. I got no call back and had to call every day until 3 days later I get a follow up. We had to shut off the water to the whole house as that pex line came right from the main line into the house as it was nearest. I incurred expense from material and emergency plumbers were over $500 per call at that hour. We got someone to come for $180 who was a contractor to replace all the pex as the joint couldn't be released. After sending all my info I get a letter back that says sorry we can't help you because you signed it was fine in the garage. I paid for professional install from a professional company, instead I got two movers who hooked up my washer and dryer and a company that is taking no responsibility for employee actions.

This company does not respect its delivery obligations. *** and the other companies using them, should terminate find another solution for their deliveries. I ordered a fridge on December 19th. Was given Jan. 3rd as the delivery date. A day before the delivery, I was informed that there will be no delivery. Today it is Jan. 7th and my family of 7 people has no fridge and we’re putting stuff outside in our cold veranda and we lost a lot of food. *** has done nothing to resolve the situation with this company.

Delivery company delivered fridge purchased from ***. Delivery workers were also commissioned to remove old fridge, scraping the walls as they brought it up. They put down the fridge at the top of the landing and said "dont worry it has wheels" and turned the fridge around. This resulted in a large area of damage to the hardwood floor. They did not use any mats or lifts to assist them. They also lost control of the new fridge and dropped refridgerator down on the bottom portion of the stairs, as well as further damaging the walls. We refused to sign the delivery form so the *** called us right away to apologize and wanted the same delivery persons to pick up the new fridge that was damaged. We refused to allow these individuals back. We also contacted *** and an email address was given to send photos, which we sent immediately that day, October 16th, 2019. *** arranged to replace the fridge which was successfully delivered by an alternative team from the same delivery company by first removing the door, using runners and a lifting aide. We also noted an additional note left in the delivery instructions to be sure to use mats this time.

We made the claim with the delivery company according to their process and have been very patient. *** claims no responsibility. They had a handyman come to assess the damage on October 24th, 2019. He stated he wanted to fix it, but we explained it cannot be fixed (sanded/stained) because the floor is engineered wood and it is out of production. After making us wait until he had time to speak to his superior, he gave us the name and contact of the person that we should deal with. We were not comfortable with their contractor's experience and wanting to fix it himself, so we called the original installer to assess the damage. Since no one would return our calls and no one from the company would give us any information we sent the quotes on the damage repairs via email on November 30th, without any response from either company. No response to emails, phone calls, or voice mails have been received from the person who we were told to contact and no one at the company will provide any further alternate contact details. This has been ongoing for almost 2 months. We have left messages with the contractor/handyman they sent, and he says he tells "***" that we are looking to get into contact with her to resolves this issue but to this day we have not spoken with her, and left her several messages.

I would not do business with them or any company that uses them. Delivery person was disrespectful and rude inside my own home. Complained the entire time. He went so far as to suggest I hire a different company. And questioned his partner as to why they are doing this job for me. This all took place while moving my old fridge out. I needed to remove more of the railing because the new fridge was bigger. They left the new fridge in my foyer with instructions to call the company I bought it from and ask for service, with no real indication of when someone would come to finish the job. So my wife , and myself who are in our middle sixties had to move the fridge up 16 steps with a 180 degree turn. Placing it in our kitchen. We paid for full delivery and did not receive it. Worst customer service ever.

I am not sure if I will change this rating after receiving the product, but my delivery was due on 28th, I called *** and confirmed it was due for that date. I said I had not received a phone call to confirm as promised.
I finally got the name of the delivery company and it was Ovation. I called them and eventually got through to a very abrupt man who said they dont deliver to my area on a Thursday, and it would come on Friday. I tried to get a time frame but he said he didn't know, I would receive a call between 4-8 tonight to tell me when.
This was especially frustrating as I drove 4 hours through the rain to be here for the deliver date.

Delivered damaged refrigerator to my elderly parent’s residence and damaged their property in the process. Damaged refrigerator was discovered before being unloaded from truck but insisted on delivering product anyway. In the process, damaged kitchen door and frame. When we reported property damage and provided photos to Ovation, they presented a Bill of Lading with *** noting no property damage reported. *** they offered a refund of the delivery fee as a customer service gesture when property damage exceeds $700. I would not recommend dealing with this business if you can avoid it.

On Aug 13th, we purchased a set of kitchen appliances from ***. Delivery was completed through OVATION Logistics.
So, when the appliances were delivered, we carefully checked for damages on the appliances, where we found minor things like a small dent and scratched. Since we moved to a brand new house with hardwood floors, we checked the area where the appliances were placed and found no damages. So we then signed the bill of lading form. After 24 hours, we found out scratches in floor from one of the appliances, which was the wall oven that weighs approximately 150 lbs. Ovation logistic is denying our claim stating that we signed the waiver. Who would have thought that stones were embedded underneath the cardboard that caused all the scratches on the floor? We were told we are on our own getting the floor fixed and they won't do anything about it.

Final settlement against Case # *** reached.Ovation Logistic has sent payment to cover the cost of the repair for the damaged floor.

Ovation delivered a *** Washer & Dryer the morning of Apr. 10th, the driver called to confirm I was available for the delivery. Both delivery men were courteous, taking time to ensure they removed their footwear prior to entering the home. They delivered both appliances, and identified a defect with the dryer, removing it without hesitation. The deliverymen informed me of the process to contact the retailer to obtain a replacement.

Appliances ordered Dec. 26. They are sitting in the warehouse and they won't deliver them for another six days and won't allow pick up.
I purchased appliances through *** on December 26, 2018. The delivery standard is 4-10 business days. Ovation Logistics set delivery for January 5, 2019. They let me know on the 4th that *** had not delivered the washer and dryer to them and they would reschedule. The contacted me today, January 10th, to tell me the appliances were in the warehouse but I will not get delivery until January 16th because their slots are full. They will nto allow me to drive into the city to pick them up myself. Today was supposed to be the latest I received these appliances. Ovation is blaming , both *** and *** are blaming Ovation. I just want to wash my underwear and not leave my appliances rotting in a warehouse!

I eventually received my applicancws. Late. The reply from a DELIVERY company, was unacceptable. They were going to have it their way and screw the customer who could do nothing about it. Never again will I be involved with this company.
