After closing my account at the end of 2014, I still getting charge for using this payroll companyI called several times and they still charging me

I have not received a refund for the overcharge and they have not provided documentation regarding the tax adjustments. I only received correspondence indicating that they had addressed the issue, but no actual documentation or the actual figures.

We have been in contact with the client.  Adjustments have been processed and we are filing corrected tax reports at no charge.  We have provided the tax deposit amounts so they can apply the overpayments to future deposits.

After closing my account at the end of 2014, I still getting charge for using this payroll company. I called several times and they still charging me.

Review: I was overcharged for payroll services. I was told that I would receive a refund for the overcharge, but I have yet to receive my refund and it has been over sixty days. They also made errors to my payroll which resulted in the overpayment of approximately $1300.00 in taxes. They have acknowledged these errors, but have yet to receive my refund. I was told that I would receive the refund from a third party agency and that it can take many months, but have not been provided with any further information. I am a small business owner and the loss of $1300 is a huge issue.

Finally, I requested that they reimburse certain tax withdrawals so that my new payroll company can make the appropriate tax payments on my behalf. They have been entirely unresponsive to this request, despite multiple e-mails.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate refund of the overcharge, the tax payment incorrectly made without my consent, and an answer to my inquiry regarding tax payments that need to be reimbursed to my account to ensure that my new payroll service can take over and pay the necessary funds.
