I ordered a "free trial", in which you only pay for shipping. The shipping payment came off of my credit card on October 11th. All of a sudden $125.37 was taken off of my credit card on October 28th.
I called and all they could do for me was give me a 50% refund...all I had received was a tiny sample in which I was told I would only have to pay shipping for. Oveena Skincare is a complete scam.

Refund I would like a complete refund for charges I incurred. I would also like preventative measures so that this company doesn't keep getting away with this.
Our customer service reached out to the customer and discussed this matter. The Customer stated that they would contact their bank to find out about their charges, and will call us back.
I phone my credit card company a couple of weeks ago and had them drop the disputes as requested by Oveena - I was told Oveena would refund me. Now calling Oveena I have been told there is nothing they can do. I don't know what to do here.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The company called me and told me there is nothing they can do. I'm ready to drop this, but this should not continue happening to customers.

Please remove the complaint since it was resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
