I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI am not at all sure why they are saying I was difficult to deal with. I never bothered them at all while they were in the garage I stayed in the house. I did call them out of the fact that they did not clean the floor but was told this was not part of the deal. I offered and it still stands for the owner to come out and look at the job that they did not do- I started to clean it myself but was floored by all the stuff that was not done/touched so I have saved itANYONE is welcome to come look at things and I have no doubt they will be as appalled as I am. I am very upset and I was hesitant to deal with this company due to other bad reviews so I had contacted the owner prior to paying and was assured that I would be happy with the jobI still have those messages if anyone wants to see them. I usually have good experiences through Angies List but the lack of honest and work ethic here is the worst I have seen with any company I have dealt with. As far as top of surfaces they were NOT cleaned as far as floor it wasn't even swept wellAnd again I haven't cleaned yet so would be more than happy to prove any of this. It seems ridiculous that a housecleaning is offered to me instead for #why would I trust this company to come "clean" my house when they couldn't clean my garage and #2 I ordered a garage cleaning and organizing because that is what I wanted. I am more than happy to compromise and say they earned 40-dollars as they did move my carpet for me

Also one of the guys said that they would come back and pressure wash the floor no problem and was told no not to worry about it and the reason I said for a house cleaning is because the owner decided to do it herself meaning the garage I would be more than happy to give her back 50% of the of what she paid in fact I planned on doing that anyway without this off coming up very sorry she is upset I've had tons of garage cleans and tons of good reviews so you can't please everyone I guess. I believe the main problem was the owner was upset because the power washing of the floor was not included in the coupon that she bought that's not mine that is Angie's List they make the rules I don't but we were more than happy to go back and do that for her if she wish that done but I will be sending the other half of her money back I think that's more than fair and if there's anything else that we can do to make this right she can definitely call me or text me and we can figure it out I try my best to make my customers happy I can't stand over everyone to make sure they do the job but I know that everyone has been trained to do the job and like I said I've never had any complaints from anyone else on the garage clean except this one I've had complaints on cleaning houses in different areas but never on the garage clean
I contacted the owner and they said that they weren't interested in having us come out again I tried to make it right I tried to even set up a time to come and clean their house for free the boys that did it we're not my regular garage people but they did tell me that she looked at it and signed off...
on the work and said it looked good they did say that she was very hard to deal with and I do apologize for all this but we tried to make it right we have tons and tons a good reviews on Angie's List from garage clean so this was an isolated incident and I still would make it right for her if she would let us come she wanted me to come and see it but she wanted me to write them because she was going to clean it herself the boys said that they cleaned off things they even boiled her garage door because it was sounding so terrible they cleaned off the freezer so I'm not sure what the whole thing was about but is very unfortunate and like I said I did try to make it right
