I have an existing credit of 45.00 with this company and it looks like that they might have went out of business. I would like to see about getting my money back or at least a replacement item.

This brand has very nice jackets but their customer service is terrible. I ordered two jackets one came and the other came only after constantly pressuring them to get my jacket ordered when it finally came it was a 2XL when I had ordered a medium. they tried to tell me that a medium in my country was different than a medium and their country even though the measurements on their website a medium is what I needed I emailed the multiple times and got a few bland responses. I had previously also ordered some jackets in large but they were too big.I wanted to return them and they told me I had to send pictures with measurements. I did so but every time I tried to send an email with photos it would not receive them? I emailed them over and over and eventually they told me too much time had passed for me to return so I then had two jackets in large that I had to give away because they were too big. I did really like the jackets so I thought I would give it one last try (I know, I never should have made a second order) and now I have an extra large jacket that also doesn't fit that I can't seem to return as well so I'm now about 350 dollars in with this company and only have one jacket in a medium that fits me.I don't recommend anybody buy from this company. Their jackets are nice and I do really like the way they look but they obviously do not want to deal with any customer service issues and refuse to give people their money back even though it's clearly stated on their website that they do returns. They have no active company phone number and the only way to get in touch with them is their customer service email. It takes multiple emails and normally a threat to go-to the business bureau of mark the payments as fraud through your bank to get a response. NO ONE ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is using unfair and deceptive practices to market products in America, but then ship in different products from China that are in chinese sizes. When I told them they sent me the wrong product, I was not offered a return, but only store credit. They include a "refund" tab on their website, but then leave it blank. Why have a "refund" tab at all. Very shady company and one that the state attorney's office needs to know about.

My wife ordered a jacket as a Christmas present in early Dec. She ordered a large. I opened it on Christmas. The jacket sent was a 2XL but still was way too small. My wife contacted them immediately to see about an exchange (not even a refund). She was told she was past the 7 day window for exchanges. I feel this is a shady practice especially at Christmas time when so many items are ordered early but not tried on until Christmas day. Can you help?

The customer received the product at the expected time frame and we do keep an open window for any exchange. We accept the desired settlement made by customer and will re-ship the corrected product once the product reaches our return address as we have instructed them to do and make all the corrections needed for re-shipment.

Hello, I recently ordered two jackets from this company about 3 weeks ago. I have received one of the jackets, the jacket that I did receive has had the size incorrectly labeled and the size was not even close to the size chart listed on their website. The jacket was in horrible quality with buttons falling off. As far as the other jacket (which was apart of the same order as the first jacket I received) has yet to come. I have only gotten emails stating that the item is being processed, and when trying to contact the company have only received automated emails stating that they got my email. Upon trying to call the company HQ they have listed a false number on both their website and the Revdex.com website. Looking at their social media accounts, they have made their settings so that people are unable to see comments on their posts regarding order issues. I have yet to hear back from this company and the order was a good sum of money. Their refund policy states that they only do store credit refunds or sizing fixes, but based off of the experience I have had as well as after talking to a Revdex.com service agent and hearing this is not the first complaint for this company, I do not trust that this company will fix this issue.

The customer contacted us once regards their issue and we provided the standard reply of asking for an image to be provided to correct the product issue so that we maybe able to send a store credit or replacement for any product issue. But we have not received any information or response from the customer after our initial reply leaving us with no information or further steps to take to help the customer as we are ready to. We provide our best to help with any information we get and we ask the same for more information if we need to take more steps to further assistance.

I placed an order for one of their jackets and have not heard from them since about a week ago, I have tried contacting via email, Facebook and nothing. The phone number listed on their website is not legit. I have not received the product and I have paid for it. They do not respond to any emails . There is another website with the same products and same contact info and that one seems to be a scam as well.

I have reviewed the case for the purchase of One Capstan Jacket made purchase of on the 24th of Nov 2018. It was processed and shipped out on the 2nd of Dec 2018 and is presently in transit to the customer's address provided to us at the time of placing the order. We have made a clear statement in our website shipping FAQ that we require 14-17 business days for the package to the customer as we manufacture the goods upon order and ship out the packages from our warehouses depending on where the product was shipped out from our warehouse which are located around the globe. I have contacted these people about jackets I had ordered and how they are to small. They kept getting back to me saying they needed me to take measurements and pictures.2 times I send them pictures of the jackets and measurements. And were never good enough. I'm a busy man but ok so I take the time to put the jackets on and use a tape measure around my chest etc. Send them the pictures. They send back a email saying sorry pictures not good enough for them. I said ok I'm not sending anymore pictures, please do something about it or I'm contacting the proper people. They send me a response after that saying they are looking into it to contact them after 5 days. I gave them 2 weeks or so. Send them an email and have heard nothing.

I have reviewed the case for the purchase of One Burgee Jacket, one Mainstay Jacket, One Afterbrow Jacket and Jetsam Jacket on the 25th of Sept 2018. The customer contacted us on the 5th of Nov with size issues, so we requested the customer for the images of the jackets with the size issue so that we can review the images and resolve it. The customer primarily provided us without any measurements where we could not determine the size, so we requested for the second time, to which the customer provided us with the measurements and so we responded to the customer acknowledging the claim and to re-ship on the jackets, we were waiting on the response of the customer to let us know about his preferred size so that the same error does not happen again.We acknowledge that the jackets the customer received have size issue but the customer never contacted us back to confirm on the sizes and getting a re-shipment. We hope that the case wil be concluded as the customer is yet to respond back to us.

My wife placed an order with this company a few weeks ago and we have not heard anything from them since. we have tried to contact them a number of times with no success. it appears that the only way to contact them is through email as the phone number that they have listed on there website (www.overthebarrelstore.com) is fake. also, the address that they have listed on there website is the same address as 'Godfrey Watches' which upon review also appear to scam people.

I have reviewed the case for the purchase of Admiral Jacket on the 7th of Nov 2018. The package was processed and shipped out on the 19th of Nov 2018 and is presently in transit to the destination country i.e., the united States. We understand the concern of our customer in this case, the customer contacted us on the 30th of Nov and we were not able to contact the customer back in time because of the Employee Strike. Unfortunately, early Monday morning 300 employees went on strike. The workers are mostly employees of manufacturing department, Internet service. Customer service representatives, installers, repairmen etc.Meanwhile, we have received high number of e-mails and requests for orders, therefore the response time may be delayed. The strike is over now and all employees have returned to their work.We will be working overnight to get all orders shipped and delivered on time. As well as We will answer your emails as soon as possible. The response time is longer than usual, due to the high intensity.We have messaged the customer in regards to this matter and assured the customer that the package is in transit to be delivered to the customer soon. The last updated we received of the package is at the United States Customs office where it is awaiting clearance and as soon as the package is cleared, the tracking information will be further updated. We have also escalated this matter to the management team to prioritize the package for quick delivery which is now in order. Here below is the tracking information for your review:

Good evening. I ordered a coat from this company (Over The Barrel - Champaign, IL) two weeks ago. I received an order confirmation email that stated they would contact me when my package ships. To date I have not received any more emails from the company. I have written them twice and only received a computer generated response stating they received my email. I also have called their phone number. The number on their website states it is not a working number. The number listed on your website also does not exist. My credit card was charged on the date I ordered the jacket.

On Facebook, they do not display comments from customers. There are angry emoji faces on ALL of their posts, and it says there are comments under each post, but they have their settings adjusted so you cannot read the comments. I am concerned these are other angry customers that they are hiding from the public.
