To whom concernsWe have went out to this customers house approxtime after the roofing project was completeWe have addressed all issues and the entire project was inspected by the cityWe have emails from the city saying we went far and beyond anything we are responsible for and the roof was completeI received a call from Nick on 12-1-about a leak in his sun porchAt that time I set up a time on 12-2-to inspect the issueAt that meeting I found that the leak that was accruing was a leak in his sun porch roof below and away from our shingled roof which we are not contracted to repairHe asked since we did his asphalt roof why didn't we tell him that his sun porch would fail over timeAt that time I told him that all thing in a house can fail at anytime such as his water heater, furnace, windows, etccould fail and there is no way we can predict timing of failureWe recommended him to call his sun porch company and have them repair his roof over the sun porchWe stand by our workPlease let me know if there is any thing else you needThanks ***

Here is an update to our complaint-After the Revdex.com forwarded the complaint to Over the Top, we were contacted by [redacted] *** He came out to our house and inspected the chimney and determined the cause of the leak He provided us with a quote for options to stop the leak
