I recently purchased a 7'x16' sectional garage door as well as a belt drive motor from Overhead Door Co. of Sacramento. They were able to give me a same day estimate even though I live in a rural part of Sacramento County. I was presented with a variety of options and the salesman did not pressure me for any upgrades, in fact he gave me a free outdoor keypad.
The installer arrived exactly at the time he said he would. He removed my old sectional garage door and installed the new one in 2-3 hours. Both, the salesman and the installer, were very courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again, when/if the time comes.
We are very pleased with Overhead Door Company. Upon return from a 2 week trip, we discovered our garage door inoperable. Unable to get out to simple, much-needed errands, we called ODC for help. Their representative Jarbit responded by fixing the door quickly & expertly, even with improvements & helpful tips. Thanks for this opportunity to remark on work done with excellence at reasonable cost.
