prime choice auto parts warehouse in new york sent me the wrong part to Arizonaseparate wheel hub bearings for a wheel drive *** *** is what I paid for and neededthey sent me bearings for a 4xand only to find out AFTER vehicle was stripped of the parts needing replaced (on a hydraulic lift) that the parts they sent were wrongthey refused to send me a return shipping pre-paid label to mail them back a pound part, so I reported them to the Revdex.com and attorney generalStay away from these bait and switch people, and the parts are also made in China, not the U.S.A
Prime Choice Auto Parts makes an untrue claim to performing secure online transactions to prevent credit-card fraudI fell victim to three fraudulent transactions, posted on the same day by Prime ChoiceDealing with this company cannot possibly be safe, based on my experienceTHREE individual orders of identical amounts were placed by someone fraudulently using my credit cardThis occurred on Saturday, Oct1, and I reported the transactions to Prime Choice on the same day, immediately after being notified by my the issuer of my credit card (***)I contacted Prime Auto Parts via email, because no customer service representative was available to speak with meThe emails I received in return, from four different "representatives" of the company, assured me that the situation had been addressedToday, Monday, Oct3, I spoke with a Prime Choice manager who told me that the orders were processed THIS MORNING, and that the products had shipped to the person or persons who committed the fraudA company that conducts business 24/online, and does not have strong measures in place to respond to fraud in a timely fashion, is AS A MATTER OF FACT not safe to deal withBuyer bewareAnd steer clear of this company
I purchased a radiator from these shysters through *** When it arrived it was in a box which had obviously been opened by removing the large staples it came with and was taped shut The box was so badly damaged that you could see the damaged radiator inside I don't believe this was all due to shipping damage and that this company knowingly sent me a damaged radiatorI was immediately provided a return shipping label through *** I was to receive a refund as soon as Prime Choice received the return I waited three weeks and had to ask for the refund - they did not provide it voluntarily When I received the refund it was for less than I had paid The company replied to my complaint by stating they were charging me a 15% restocking fee That must mean they plan to sell it to another unsuspecting customerI live in a state that charges sales tax They did not even return all the tax and I bet my state won't get what they keptI've never left a negative review like this before except the one for this purchase on *** People need to be warned about crooked people like these

They send you the wrong part on purpose, then their customer service basically tells ya to suck it up and sell them on line to get you money backAnd if you are not satisfied with that, the customer service rep start saying "you'er breaking up sir" HELLO we are not in the 90's anymoreVERY poor customer service and no way to get a hold of anyone in upper managementDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF THEN TREAT YOU LIKE YOU'ER STUPID
