I ended with a very noisy garage door opener/closer and was wondering what to doI searched the web for companies in my town who worked on garage doors and Found Overhead Door companyI did some research on them and found very positive reviews so I called and they sent out a technician named Pat who, after about minutes of watching the door open and close, told me exactly what the problem was and THEN proceeded to see if that was itHe was SPOT ON! The nuts and bolts holding the screw rive to the motor had loosened upHe tightened them up and lubed the screw and WOW a quiet garage door again! Very courteous and professionalI would recommend this company to anyone in a heart beat

I'm new to the area and within a couple of weeks I was experienceing issues with garage doorI called Overhead Door Co and they had a technician here within a dayWe thought that it was corrected because he found a piece of metal in the mechanism but alas it was not thatPat, the technician, did note that the doors needed to be serviced and didn't charge me for the first visit because he wasn't sure that the piece of metal was the culpertHe scheduled a return visit and did a complete service on both doorsThere have been no issues since then and I'm very pleasedI was pleased with the quick response and that the service experience was not overly expensiveI definitely will call them for future needsI would highly recommend them

They are always nice, helpful when recommending how to maintain the overhead door, never keep you waiting very long when they give you a time slot for the arrival its usually the front of the time slot and if there is something keeping them on another job longer than expected they always call and let you know and offer another time slot if they are unable to be there when we need them to be

In May 2017, I had Overhead Door Company replace the "low end" garage door openers on my single garage door and my double garage door which were installed by my home's builder in The new units work quicker and quieter than the ones they replaced, and the wall controllers are far better! Last week (mid-October 2017) we lost our electric power in the house When I went to use the emergency/manual release pull to lift the double door myself it would not budge a bit I thought the manual release mechanism was faulty, and called the company once my power was restored The installing technician came out soon after the call to investigate and discovered that the spring for the door had broken A repair day and time was set, and the repair tech arrived exactly on-time He was friendly, explained what he would do and did it smoothly and cleancompletely The door works well now, and is more quiet than ever! I'm very pleased with the Overhead Door Company of Bellingham

My vehicle was stuck in my garage after I came home and one of the springs on the garage door opener broke I called Overhead Door and though it was lunch time, within an hour they sent a gentleman to open the garage door so I could get my van out He took measurements for the new spring and another gentleman was there in the morning to replace the spring I also used Overhead Door in when a part had to be replaced in my door opener system I moved to Bellingham a few years ago from out of state I took a chance when I first called Overhead Door because I didn't know who to call I had an excellent experience then and my experience in November with the broken spring was equality outstanding The workers and the staff on friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help I will definitely use Overhead Door Company as my first choice for future needs

the operator gets plunged in fluctuates. He went to other outlets and they were not fluctuating. She lives by a radio station that has interference. He was able to rig anther set of Photo Eyes on it to where the operator would work, with the exception of the Photo Eyes were blinking. But that's not how they are supposed to work. So he says, "I recommend just getting a new operator because your older Operator has these situations happening." So my guy comes out a few days later and puts a brand new opener in and the same symptoms were happening. So they recommended getting an electrician in there. And the electrician spent quite a bit of the day.  Called the power company out because they were noticing there are some funky voltage issues happening and then they noticed our Operator not functioning also.  She called us out to change the Operator out. We are actually trying to put a whole different brand opener in to see if the circuitry boards are not as sensitive because of different dials that are used on that. I called our factory, I told him there was a Radio Station by the home. They said that the Radio Station could interfere with the frequency. We are working to resolve this. We are going to try and help find a solution. $225 is the labor for the Spring Conversion, which took three hours because it is not your standard Spring Conversion.
