[redacted] contracted with [redacted] to install garage doors at [redacted] [redacted] contracted with two garage door companies for the doors at that location Overhead Door Company of Denver, Inchad a contract to install the sectional doors; another company installed the rolling doors Overhead Door Company installed the sectional doors, completed the contract in August and was paid in full by [redacted] The doors with which Ms [redacted] has an issue were installed by another company That information can be obtained from [redacted] To further complicate the matter, the address on the original contract was [redacted] The address now used by [redacted] is [redacted] The rolling steel doors in question are a brand that Overhead Door Company of Denver, Incdoes not represent Given the insistence of Ms ***, the confusion in the addresses and the fact that employees of our company insisted that we had not installed the rolling steel doors, there was certainly confusion Warranty on any of the doors is most generally one year All garage doors at the apartment building are most likely well beyond the warranty date In order to repair the doors, as Ms [redacted] insisted, our company had to purchase the parts from the manufacturer We do not stock those parts We did so but, clearly, not with the speed that Ms [redacted] demanded [redacted] left two phone messages for Ms [redacted] but did not receive a response [redacted] left a voice message after the second call, explaining the confusion between Overhead Door Company of Denver, Incand the other garage door company There was no response to that call Overhead Door Company of Denver, Incmade strong efforts to obtain repair parts, never charging for parts unless approved by [redacted] Unfortunately, since [redacted] chose not to engage the door company who had initially installed the rolling doors, there were unavoidable delays We stand behind our products, service and employees
