parts kit that replaces the defective components at less cost than the whole unit. We have yet to receive the encoder kits that I ordered when Mr. [redacted]'s problem occurred. I ordered several, I have a number of customers waiting for them, but I can't answer why the order hasn't been released. I haven't heard from Mr. [redacted] except through this complaint. I believe the Facebook page he mentioned was for the manufacturer, and we are separate companies as they make the products and we purchase from them, then sale and install that product. Whoever he contacted with the manufacturer did not give Mr. [redacted] correct information because this model does in fact have an RPM sensor, also called the encoder. I still cannot say when I might receive my ordered parts, but we'd be happy to simply replace the entire motor head as we have in the past. We can do this tomorrow in fact, or any day convenient to Mr. [redacted]. If he'll let me know when is best for him, I'll make it happen. I apologize for the missteps and misinformation he received from the manufacture of this product, but we will honor the warranty. I would prefer that he communicate with my local branch here as opposed to contacting the manufacturer.Thanks,Brian C[redacted]
