Mrs*** gave us a deposit in the amount of $on May 7th, She was refunded by priority mail on 6/23/because of the following reasonsFirst, being she cannot afford the home she is interested inOur General Sales Manager explained to her that he can remove some items or
switch homes but she stated she only wants that home Her lender only approved her for a certain amount and she needs a lot more money to purchase the home she wantsSecond, she is out of our trading areaOur salesperson is new and she wasn't aware of that when Mrs.*** had given us her deposit.We are very sorry that we cannot help Mrs*** and we hope that she can find someone local to help her with her home purchase

We are in receipt of this complaint and are sorry to hear that Ms*** is still unhappyHowever the problems she is complaining about have already been addressed.Attached please find a copy of a check and a release that she signed as payment in full for drywall and trim workThere was also
and additional check sent to her for paintAlso attached is a copy of a work order showing that her sliding glass door was replaced on 5/14/14.We consider this matter closed
