I ordered a "Terra Bronze" color garage door on 6/8/and paid $1,as depositOverhead Door Company of Kansas City delivered and installed a "dark gray" color garage door on 7/27/ I complained to their sale representative, Zach Martin, twice via email and text on the same day about the wrong color and asked them to fit it Zach replied on 7/31/and said there is nothing they can do because the color swatch on their catalog is just for reference and actual product's color may be different I then found out that they already charged my credit card for the balance amount of $1,072, even though I told them I can't accept the colorI have filed a dispute to my credit card company on the $1,transaction because they didn't delivered the right product

I have spoken to our customer and she has indicated to me that she is satisfied with how we have resolved the issue and it is our understanding that no further action needs to be taken on our end. Please respond with any questions or concerns, Thanks! Brad S*Manager

We are in receipt of the above referenced customer complaint from *** *** *** * *** Drive, Lake Winnebago, MO 64034. Our customer (consumer) of record at this address is named Don Pierce. I reached out to MrPierce on 10/to discuss and he indicated that we have resolved
this matter to his satisfaction. At the time that I called him, I was not yet aware that a Revdex.com complaint had been filed on his behalf. We requested a point inspection of our garage overhead doors The inspector came out and inspected the overhead doors Afterwards, he told by boyfriend everything was in working order, except the motor of one of the door openers We had already arranged to have that opener replaced, so it was not a concernHowever, that weekend while the opener was being replaced, it was noted that the good overhead door and opener were pulling away from the garage wall by a good 1/inches Apparently missed in the inspection I have phoned and emailed with pictures attached, to no avail

Approximately three years ago to the month, I called OverHead Doors to repair springs that were broken on my garage door.I have double garage doorsThey came out, did the repair, offered a day warrantyMy springs are broken againUpon doing some research, I discovered that springs on garage doors last on average 6-yearsI called the company and was told they should only last about three years and mine did just thatThey wanted to charge a service fee to come out and take a look and I declinedThis company's literature says they belong to the Revdex.com, Angie's List NARI memberHome Builders Assoc and International Door Assoc
The product they sold is of poor quality undoubtedly and if they belong to the Revdex.com, then Customer service should be their first priorityPlease investigate this companyThey should not be allowed to continue to do business in this fashion

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was contacted on the phone by the company, and they did follow through with the resolution that they had promised during that call. Since I had previously had better experiences than this one with this company, I would consider doing business with them again

After recently moving to a different residence, I scheduled preventative maintenance for my garage door and opener through OHDKC because I had had positive experiences with this company at my former house
However, I was very disappointed with this most recent experience The technician literally sat in his truck for 20-minutes before coming back in and telling me he was “finished” and charging me $99.95! He never once even operated the door to observe it working
I do believe that this technician was not aware that I was observing him I had explained what I needed done and then gone back into the house, leaving the connecting door ajar so he could call me if needed When I went back out to ask him a question about minutes later, I saw him sitting in his truck so I lingered in the garage sweeping and rearranging shelves for about minutes waiting for him to return, which he never did I then returned to the house to answer my ringing telephone
