To whom it concerns, in response to the complaint filed by Mrs. [redacted] we were not notified of any of the issues with the exception of the opening not being wrapped with an aluminum fascia.  We where surprised to see a list  of issues as long as the complaint was and that the desired...

settlement was not going to let us back on the property to repair and or rectify issues.  So to address the issues that were listed 1: we did not install a new header, however we did need to lower the existing opening by 7” inches so that a traditional garage door could be installed.  The existing header and any support to the header was not cut or altered.  2: The referred roof panels are in fact plywood attached to the joist as ceiling panels.  The actual roof has not be moved or altered.  3:the build down of the opening is not attached to the metal on the outside of the garage as stated.  The wood used is treated Lumber.  The new Garage door functions completely different than the old exterior hanging slider doors.   With that being said.  A phone call was made to Mrs. [redacted] with inquiry about the issues she was seeing and dealing with.  A site visit was made so that Management could see first hand and get an explanation of the concern/problems.  A resolution has been made that Overhead Door Company of Bloomington will come out.  Take down the new door, and the framing work that was preformed.  Address all of the concerns that have been discussed. Then re frame the garage door opening and re install the garage door.  Also Overhead Door Company of Bloomington has agreed to hire a company to wrap the opening with white aluminum fascia to give the finish look that Mrs. [redacted] was expecting at no additional charges.      After the conversation we here at Overhead Door Company of Bloomington feel that 1: there was a miscommunication during the sale process 2:  the physical work preformed was not up to the professional standards required for our employees.  3: we fully understand the frustration of Mrs. [redacted] in this matter and hope that the resolution will solve the issues she has and she will be happy with the repair.
