We needed our garage opener serviced and made an appoint for a service call. They told us they would come sometime after 2pm. At 5pm when nobody showed up or called, we called and got a bit of a run-around as they said they'd check into it and call us back. No one called back so at about 6pm we called them, again getting the run-around. At 6:15pm a service guy called back with an excuse and asked to reschedule. When I spoke with the owner the following day, he was less than helpful, and seemed more upset that we weren't more understanding with how busy they were. It was upsetting that they left us waiting for more than 4 hours and never showed up without contacting us to let us know they couldn't make it.

I have used overhead doors unlimited for 20 plus years and appreciate the excellent service and fair pricing. I will say they are not into fancy offices or expensive trucks, but they provide straight forward answers and work ethic. I recommend them to family and friends and never heard a bad word. Good company!
