Mr [redacted] purchased a second hand transmission from the personal vehicle of Mr [redacted] PRIOR to purchasing the item Mr [redacted] was informed that paperwork for the used transmission was not availableMr [redacted] insisted that he would purchase the item regardless and have Overkill Performance install it for himMr [redacted] later instructed that Overkill Performance open up both the transmission and transfer case so that it could be inspectedPictures were sent to Mr [redacted] where he ID'd and OK'd the items and then went a step further as to come into the shop and PHYSICALLY inspect the itemsAfter this the items were then sent to a local transmission specialist shop *At the cost of Overkill Performance [redacted] (with Mr [redacted] knowledge) and the transmission was yet again inspected and results given to Mr [redacted] who validated them and approved for the items to be installedAt this time Mr [redacted] was given the option again to use his own transmission and transfercase in lieu of the recently inspected and approved drivetrain componentsMr [redacted] refused and insisted that the items be installed as originally planned all with the knowledge that no paperwork was available and also that the items were cleaned and inspected by a local transmission shop and physically inspected and OK'd by himself.All interactions with Mr [redacted] have been filed and document if needed for proof of any thing above or herin this responseMr [redacted] did not purchase an Overkill Performance transmission but purchased a product from the personal car of Mr [redacted] His car build was primarily sourced from used and second hand items purchased from various local and non local car enthusiast boards and forums in various conditionsAt no time was Mr [redacted] left in the dark of on any situation and a documented he made all final decisions and did so in writing.Many discussions were had both through text/messenger and in person and Mr [redacted] made it very clear that he desired Mr [redacted] 's drivetrain components and many additional steps were made to insure with complete confidence that the items Mr [redacted] wanted installed by Overkill Performance were done so as he himself instructedThis would include multiple pictures, physical examination by Mr [redacted] himself in person as well as an additional inspection by a transmission specialty shop all with the intention of attaining a confident instruction by MrSchasker.Mr [redacted] was seen to be very happy with his build and content (documented both in writing and on video) until an altercation in which he harassed one of the employees lead to Overkill Performance being forced to refuse further service to Mr [redacted] when he became hostileFollowing this initial out burst Overkill Performance attempted to reach out to Mr [redacted] and still offer assistance until other altercations were reported and recorded of him harassing other customers and calling them names and towards one particular customer harassed them with homophobic hate speech towards their sexual orientationWe believe this claim to be a continuation of Mr [redacted] documented attempts at fabricating damaging circumstances for the company
