want to figure out where these communications are coming from exactly so I can make sure it does not happen again. We have a 3rd party group that sends out our vaccine reminder notices, a 3rd party group that creates some of our marketing or client survey materials, etc. I am wondering if somehow one of our 3rd party groups has a non-updated contact list (which they shouldn't). Can you tell me what exactly the materials are that you have received?  Were they client surveys, an invite to a holiday event, vaccine reminders, or newsletters? Also, were some emails and some regular mail communications?Thank you so much for your help getting this resolved.
