The following was a copy/paste by Revdex.com Staff from emails- [redacted] I am rejecting the response from the company.I will address the comments that were made by the company.First,,,If the dog saw a vet the day before he left,,,did the vet see the dog poop? Because if he didn't he would never know the dog was sick. You had to see the dogs stool to know how sick this dog wasIf the vet has a report on the results of the dogs stool I would like to see that. Also,,,I would like to see a report from the vet saying that he parted the dogs hair down to the skin in several places & didn't see the skin staffinfection that the dog hadI am very experienced with this infection as my previous collie had this issue...this is not a condition that just happensit lingers forever unless it's treated with an antibiotic.Yes,,I sent my brother in law over to see the dog since I live in [redacted] & the dog was in ***.Yes,,he said the dog looked ok,,,but he did not see the dog poop in front of him.Again he would not know this dog was sick unless he saw him poop in front of him.She said the dog did not have diarrhea in the crate for hours coming here from ***.That's because she did not feed this dog the day before he left & barely fed him the day before that. That is what she told me!The dog was STARVING!!! But that's why he didn't make in the crate!!!!She said we were in contact after the dog arrived,,,,that 's only because I contacted her,,,she never called,,,emailed,,,or texted me to see if he arrived safelyI told her about his stool,,,but I thought it was due to the stress of the trip at that time.As far as sending me the medicine,,,Yes,,,I could not get it from my vet,,,,so I switched to a new vet,& he got the medicine right away.I gave this medicine to the dog for a month,,,,with no good results!!!Yes,,,she talked to my vet which I absolutely wanted her to,,,,she said,,,Every test that was run by the vet was negative and they couldnot find a cause for the dog's diarrheaABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE!!!!!She talked to the vet before they decided to run a $extensive fecal test,,,,this goes way beyond the standard fecal tests.I told her the results of those tests & the diagnosis,,,she knew exactly what was wrong!.The dog had severe SalmonellaThe vet has the records with all the testing & all the results. It was his opinion that it was highly unlikely that this just happened on the way here from ***!She must have been having a problem with this dogs stool for a very long time,,,,it was a MESS,,,his stool was spraying & pouring out of him!!!II have pictures of this.I had this going on for over months after he arrived hereHe was treated for the Salmonella & the skin staff infection BUT,,,this dog has never had a stool since,,,it's been months & quite honestly I don't think he ever will. The vet & I keep trying different foods that are very expensive,,,& we are trying less expensive as well,,,,,we have tried different medications,,,but nothing is working so far!!When I look back there were so many red flags that I should have seen,,,mainly the way the owner acted,,,she hardly talked at all,,,never offered any informationabout the dog,,,,never asked anything about me or where the dog would be living & the living conditions it would have. She lied to me,,,she told me the dog was NOT De-BarkedThe dog IS De-BarkedWhen I asked her about it she said,,,oh,,I forgot.Never mentioned a contract at all,,,& I was so excited to get my new dog after loosing my last one,,,I stupidly didn't ask.But the contract wouldn't have helped,,,I thought his stool was like this from stress of traveling & coming here ,,,so it took a lot longerto realize there was a serious problem than the contract allowed. They knew all this,,,they took total advantage of me.I did not ask for the cost of the dog back,,,I was not sending the dog back,,,I was asking for 1,for the medical costs at that time. You have no idea what this dog has cost me so far,,,,way beyond the 1,400,,,,but I feel I should be paid the 1,I originally asked for.If they could do this to me,,,I am absolutely sure they have done this to others,,,they are a large commercial breeder & as I was told fromother breeders who know them well,,,they are just in this for the money.Lou,,,could you please tell me if you receive this,,,thank you again[redacted] ***# [redacted]
