Overlook At Homewood

I had lived at the apartment complex from November of to January of The first 3-years were uneventful until the last year when I had the following problems:
The water heater broke and it took months to get a replacement
The apartment was infested by bus from and adjoining apartmentIt was reported and no action was taken by management
I was vacating the apartment in January of The management assured me that the cable modem and DVDR recorder would be returned to the ComcastComcast forwarded me a dunning letter for $dollars for the equipmentOvelook management told me that that my last address is now occupied and they have no idea where the equipment isManagement reused.to respond in subsequent phone callsI would not recommend this housing business
