I am rejecting this response because:I am sending further documentation to our case ID ***.We have received a check and a note from MrSpringirth few days after filling our complain, we find this unacceptable, have not cashed the check and still waiting for the $missingBy the way, I have been diagnosed with cancer also, no excuse to like in my line of work.Please let us know what should be the next step for us to follow in order to recover our loss.We are very grateful for your help and look forward your advise
