This began with the Sales Rep/Office Staff/Work Crew and finally the General Manager who followed up the Work Crew to ensure the work was done to his exacting standards. Overson Roofing replaced the tile roof on a neighbors house who recommended them to me. I called Overson, they promptly examined my roof and made a proposal. I was easily able to verify their insurances and the office promptly answered my phone calls. We agreed to their proposal and scheduled the work. Workers arrived on time, worked hard and carefully, they did a good-looking job and cleaned up discards. At the end, the General Manager checked the job and answered a few minor questions.

In conclusion, we are quite pleased with the service provided by Overson Roofing.

Our experience with Overson Roofing has been very positive. We had used them in the past for roof repairs, and we recently contracted with them to do a total reroof (also patio, shingle path, new skylights) for our home. The project went smoothly from start to finish. Our estimator/project manager Lincoln was easy to work with and informative. General Manager Tracy Wallis was very professional, personable, and always helpful. The work crew, headed by "Melo", was extremely hardworking and very reliable.

We live in a home that has a tile roof and we have a rental home that has a shingle roof. Overson Roofing replaced both of our roofs. They are a first class company from start to finish. The office staff is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, The roofers did an amazing job. They are craftsman who do quality work and take pride in everything they do. Purchased a vacation home in Gilbert. Short sale so "as is" by bank. Home inspector said roof overall in good shape but we had broken tiles, slipped tiles so needed a little work. My experience was great from the first person on the phone who asked for a copy of inspection report, then sent their own person to inspect the roof. Was given very detailed bid for scope of work, materials to be used. I saw a few things on the roof before my scheduled repair date, so I took pictures and sent to my contact person at Overson. Everything was fixed. Had another bid, they were nasty on phone, never asked for any contact info from me, and wanted to replace my whole roof. Needless to say we will use Overson roofing for any future roof needs.

What an overall positive experience we had with Overson Roofing! A neighbor recommended them and they were the right choice. They were professional, on time, and thorough.

After a bit of a rocky start, the Overson crew was very professional and worked very diligently to finish my roof in a reasonable amount of time. I was also very impressed that they worked with me and all my requests and it was very easy to work with them. They listened to my "voice" and oversaw the installation of the roof from the first day to the last. I would hire them again.

Overson Roofing did a fantastic job and were extremely thorough during the initial inspection of the roof. They provided multiple options and answered all of our questions. During the construction phase, the employees were extremely courteous and kept us informed on what they were doing. We even received a call from the roofer late in the evening concerned about a possible rain storm and was willing to come back to the house to tarp the roof, luckily there was no rain. He went above and beyond to make sure, the roof would be okay for the completion of the roof the next day. We were extremely satisfied with their services from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for repair services!

I had 2 roofing contractors say I needed an entire roof to fix a problem and that my roof was old. I called Overson to get a request to quote fixing my entire roof. As it turns out, even the though the roof was old, it was in good condition and I only needed to fix part of the roof. In turn what I thought would be over 7000.00 bucks was only 1200.00 bucks. I appreciate Overson's honesty. Needless to say I went with Overson. Thier workers arrived on time, completed the work within the timeframe specified and did a quality job. No leaks since.

they did a good job on time

I was satisfied with this company's performance until I received a preliminary 20 day lien notice in the mail. My contract states I pay them when the work is completed. Yet I received this notice WHILE THEY THEY WERE WORKING ON MY ROOF. That is rude and unprofessional.

I feel threatened and very unhappy with this company!
