I purchase a living room set more than 5 weeks ago, the salesperson (Idriss) and the manager (Karim) both told me that the furniture would be ready to deliver in 5 – 6 weeks, now it’s going on 7 ½ weeks and still no furniture, no phone calls and no manager calling me back. The clerk behind the desk called me 2 weeks ago and told me the furniture would be delivered on June 29th,so I took off from work, I called on the 29th to find out what time the furniture was coming because she told me I would be the first delivery since I lived in Maryland. She told me it is now July 2nd without calling be to tell me they changed the date. Called back on June 30th because the manager still has not called me back and the date in the computer is changed again to July 9th. This is the most unprofessional company that I have every had to deal with and will never return or referred anybody to this place. You shouldn't lied to your customer telling them you got the date wrong when in fact they change the date. When the manager never called me back, I went to the Alexandria address on July 1st and he ( the manager Karim) made r[redacted] slurs, at me because I was b[redacted], saying I was going to shoot up the place, because I was mad about my furniture. I have never been so insulted in all my life, this man should not be working for your store. I have a top secret clearance job so for him say something like that to me was very insulting. I asked over over again to please give me my money back and don't deliver the furniture. He said "NO I'M NOT GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY BACK YOU SIGN A CONTACT" All I wanted was my furniture in a timely fashion, if you couldn't give it to me when you said you should have just given me my money back. Today is July 12th and I still don't have my ottoman, my furniture was delivered on July 2nd, and all they keep saying is we don't have or we have it. I talked to the manager on Thursday, complaining about my ottoman and he said yes we have it and we going to deliver it on Monday, July 11th, so I took off from work again. Same result NO FURNITURE AND NO PHONE CALL. I have taken off from work more than once for this furniture to be delivered, I have been calling, calling, calling and nobody ever answers the phone to tell them that my sectional is defective and lopsided, I've only had my furniture for a week and they are making me write this letter with pictures. Ive send pictures twice and wrote two letters to the company about my furniture and still do call back. I even told them they can have my money just pick up the furniture and we can be free and clear. They keep saying you signed a contact.
