To Whom It may concern,The following customer had an issue with her camera in we exchanged it for a brand new one in 5/9/and we even paid the overnight shipping to ensure her satisfaction.The customer is now claiming they want to exchange a product over year later, unfortunately this falls outside of our return exchange period which is days from the date of purchase

Package was delivered as per customers phone order.Customer was offered a return and did not wish to continue with the terms and demanded we refund money before we get back our merchandisePlease note the customer is well passed the return period.No further Action is due

The order I submitted online and confirmed on the phone was ***

D600, *** 24-85mm and 70-300mmThe business OverstockDigital delivered wrong products and refused to admit their mistakesI am really angry that the business intentionally committed a fraud and they took that for grantedAs their customer service never responded positively to my request or even let me explain the situation, I was not offered an option to return at all.
To return an item, I need an RMA number from the customer service but they didn't give me one. The return period is within days of purchase date, but it took one week on delivery. Plus there're 10% minimum restocking fee and any shipping fees both way.
I've spent so much effort on trying to communicate with the business and it's totally a waste of timeNow I will compromiseInstead of return, I can keep the wrong products but I ask the business to compensate the price difference of $1,in CASHThe price of *** D+ 24-85mm + 70-300mm is $1,but I effectively paid $3,for the *** *** packageTherefore, I request the business to return me $1,in cash

I am rejecting this response because:
There's sales tax of $326.29 at NY rate 8.75% clearly shown in the Payment Summary. The original [redacted] Kit #18 was priced at $3,729, but the D600 Kit I received was ONLY $2,097.
The business neither admitted the fact of sending wrong items with lower value, nor showed any willingness to correct their mistakes.
