Review: I ordered a 14 day trial of Refresh Skin Pure Anti Aging Eye Cream from IP address [redacted] was billed for $4.95 for shipping n handling. Was told I would recieve product in 3-5 days. Didn't get it for 8 days. Tried it for 2 weeks and it started breaking me out. I called the company. They said to send it back of which I did. They charged my bank account $79.97 I don't have a product now for which they took money out of my account for. I can't help it if they did not receive the unused product in the time of the allotted 14 days. I did not receive the product on my end in a timely manner. They have refused to work with me or give me even half of my money back. That's all I'm asking is that they be fair. So I am reporting them to you.Desired Settlement: I would like $45.00 refunded to me. I don't even have the product and they made me pay for it due to timely error.
