I have sent you a copy of
the release as well as sent it to them in the mailNot sure why they need a medical release as this complaint only involves billing issues, they are just stalling and not wanting to respond properlyAgain my only desire is to get the items off my credit report and I will pay what they say I owe in order to do that thank you

I was never made aware of another account in the phone conversations that occurred in August and or JanuaryI was told there were no balances with Russell and etc under my social security number.I learned of the
new account in February which prompted me to file with Revdex.com In both January and August I was told I could not make a payment and nothing was being reported to my creditwhich prompted me to send a letter to them with a copy of what was being reported to my credit which Russell and etc denied reporting I have not received any coorespondance in either in writing or email like I have requested There is evidence of the above in the taped phone conversations that they state at the beginning of every phone call

The business has responded to the complaint however has requested that their response not be published
